So invariably it will be cheaper for most organisations to leverage the SaaS option that Microsoft provides.
You might also find you need some organisation-wide licenses if you leverage Microsoft’s Online (SaaS) option. The most popular onese we find are as follows:
Sandbox (non-production environment): $191.10 per month, or $2,293.20 per annum
Customer Portal (allows 1,000,000 page views): $636.60 per month, or $7,639.20 per annum
Storage: Every Dynamics 365 instance comes with 5GB storage. You can buy additional storage at $12.70 per GB per month, ex GST.
Every Dynamics 365 user actually has access to everything in your CRM system, subject to the permissions and views they are provided. It is incumbent on you as Microsoft’s customer to ensure the way your people are using their CRM license is aligned to Microsoft’s guidelines.
