Please note the pricing above is per user, ex-gst, and in Australian Dollars. Whether you choose to deploy your CRM using Microsoft’s SaaS service, or on your own servers (on-premises) the license pricing above does not change. So invariably it will be cheaper for most organisations to leverage the SaaS option that Microsoft provides.

You might also find you need some organisation-wide licenses if you leverage Microsoft’s Online (SaaS) option. The most popular onese we find are as follows:

Sandbox (non-production environment): $191.10 per month, or $2,293.20 per annum

Customer Portal (allows 1,000,000 page views): $636.60 per month, or $7,639.20 per annum

Storage: Every Dynamics 365 instance comes with 5GB storage. You can buy additional storage at $12.70 per GB per month, ex GST.
