"On the follow-up to their 2003 debut 8-Bit Crunch , local crew Superfluid have succeeded where hundreds before them have failed, crafting a sprawling double album that never sinks under the weight of its own ambition......With releases as good as Project Vectrex , international success surely beckons" - TIME OFF JULY 2005

" Anyone who calls themselves a breaks fan must check out this album. This album is further proof for their claim as one of Oz's strongest producing acts and they've got a live show to boot. Do yourself a favour and go listen" ITM Project VX review 2005

" Overall my favourite tracks are the massive sound of Superfluids Big Phat Lick which lives up to its name by dropping an amazing bassline riff" - Forefront Review ITM 2005

"Superfuild's monster is a Chemical Brothers collides with Prodigy and re-edited live by the Crystal Method style tune, but honestly its better. The edit on the CD is only short, but the flawless fusion of tough broken drum beats, a raw Aussie male vocal, a thick distorted electronic sounding riff and a highly danceable bassline makes this my pick of the CD. What a tune!" - EVIBES 6 review ITM 2005

" Overall the two CDs exemplify Superfluid's passion for the eclectic. Each tune varies from the next in noticable fashion be it funk, hip hop, disco, breakbeat, techno... I could go on, but there would be no need to. For those who feel that electronic music is tending to sound a little "1-note", Superfluid invite you to their realm where anything is possible. 8/10 Resident Advisor 2005

"This is one of those albums you put in your CD player and, despite repeated attempts, seem to have a great deal of trouble taking out again" INTHEMIX

"...the utterly fantastic Superfluid from Brisbane do it again" R.Kingsmill JJJ Radio

"At the end of the day this is a breaks records. But it’s one of the best to emerge this year, infused with a dizzying concoction of funk, soul and hip-hop, and pulled together with love and humility by a band out to have fun first and foremost." Dragonball T musicwire

"I wish I could simply cut this review short by saying 'Click on the title and buy it immediately'. It really is that good. 'Eclectic' is a word that has been over-used when describing beats but Superfluid get bent at regular intervals in this sublime collection of scientifically-crafted, wobbly Breaks. " whammo.com.au

"Superfluid are the future of dance music. Able to destroy the crowd live they are now well-known in the Brisbane scene with headlining spots at the Advent*jah festival and Time Tunnel. Their diversity, understanding of the importance of melody and willingness to branch out in unexpected directions, all pulled together by the fun of funk, should see their music heard around the land in the very near future if there’s any justice in the world." vibewire.net

" The energy of Superfluids performance was impressive and the live breaks they played got me dancing once again. Another funky set that exceeded my expectations!"
In the Mix review of Time Tunnel @ The Arena, Brisbane (13/8/02)

"...the group are on the Big Beat/Electro vibe with chunky rythms, synths and turntablism. it all sounds pretty damn fresh I can tell you!" Future Music Demo of the Month 2001

"...Superfluid epitomise all that is good and possible with electronic bedroom music" NextMusic Demo of the month 2001

‘S-Fluid’ is very dancefloor, an absolute monster of a track. Their sound, samples and vibe just ooze fun. Maybe it’s all that banana goodness shining through? Or maybe they just get laid heaps around schoolies time.....!"
"genre busters"- 3D World review

"Mixed and mastered to perfection, 8 Bit Crunch is definitely a debut to make the music world take notice. Superfluid have the same gift for catchy riffs and rhythms that has taken the Resin Dogs so far"- TIME OFF
