John Digweed delivers a smooth Fabric 09:24 am
click for more on: John DigweedFabric will this month hit the 20's with their Fabric and FabricLive series, and there is no better way to welcome that milestone with handing duties for Fabric 20 to no other then veteran DJ, John Digweed. John has often attracted numbers to the Farringdon venue, so it only seems fitting that he joins the list of accomplished talents that have supplied a solid mix for the series. For subscribers, the mix has probably already graced your mailbox, however, for those in the UK & Europe the album is due in stores next Monday, and a bigger wait awaits to those outside this area as the album is not due in stores until 8 March.

In the meantime, we have compiled a review of this quality release which you can read by clicking on the link below.

Portugal's Mr Groove & Vergas start 2005 with a bang 08:52 am
The Portuguese producers Mr Groove & Vergas have made a great start to 2005 by signing 3 new releases with Yoshitoshi, Plastica and Dtrax a new sub-label from Dtpm Recordings UK. On Yoshitoshi they will release the follow up to their 'Black & White' effort in 2003. This vocal track is called 'Just The Way I Like It' and it will be presented at this year Winter Music Conference, although Deep Dish have been dropping it recently at their gigs. On the Plastica (label on the well known Plastic Fantastic Shop) the release will be Mr Groove & Vergas 'I´ll Be Your Consciousness' and on Dtrax 'From The Speakers'.

These three tracks have the vocals of the American producer Mike Mucci (Evolved). Maybe after their European Championship shock loss to Greece the Portuguese can ease the pain, safe in the knowledge that Mr Groove and Vergas are flying the beat flag high in all corners of the globe.

2005 DJ Page Voting 09:54 am
Incase you hadn't noticed it's 2005... and with it (among many other more important things) forces a complete reset of the RA DJ Page rankings.

If you have been wondering why the Top 20s have been moving all over the place in the past week it is because the list automagically resets the artists based on their finishing point of 2004, starting them on their last years position.

Last year there were 10's of thousands of registered votes from you RA members leaving the overall chart in a fairly credible state. So with the New Year and new ratings, comes lots of changes in the charts... every vote counts... so big up your favourite DJs today.
